Ok guys, since recruiting has become a hard thing in NF, Tatte and I were discussing a way to improve on it. We came up with a sort of contest. Its a win win for everybody. All you have to do is refer NF players to a squad leader and you win a prize. The person that refers the most people at the end of a month, wins a big prize. Here is how it works.
1. Anyone can enter.
2. Squad leaders will keep track of the number of referals from one player.
3. Each Player that is refered is worth 100k credits.
4. Winner at the end of the month will be heavily rewarded inclueding but not limited to premium items/subscription.
Squad Leaders please let me or Tattejam know what you can donate to this cause. Restrictions: Squad leaders can not win as it is there duty to recruit.
Procedure
. find a prospective player, and observe him for a couple of games, this is important, people will expose their true self if they are not aware they are being watched, and as such you will get to know a great lot about them.
be on the lookout for:
1. are they crossing others, and do they note it by X?
2. are they shooting down excessive amounts of friendly aircraft?
3. do they bypass or hit the censoring?
4. how do they react to teamdamage/do they apologize?
(if you are lucky enough to come across point 4, it pretty much says it all).
. after you have found a prospective member, approach him/her* and try to chat with them.
. ask them to join, if they say they want to do the following.
. talk to them, inform them of our website, and ventrilo, and also a small piece of background stuff such as what our creed is, what we strive for, and such.
. hook em up with the neccesary ventrilo information, if neccesary help them DL the program.
. if they seem alright, and are friendly, contact the SQ leader of your respective squad, OR his 2nd in command, and a tag will be given with recruiter’s approval.
also do note that the Squadleaders, like stated, will have to write down, who did it, and the person’s name.
the 2nd in command will also have to do the same.

since the “no girls of the internets” rule has been pretty much busted by the presence of Kat, i will give out 100k extra credits, for each FEMALE player brought to us, due to the rarity
requirements:
prove that the player is female, which in short basically just means that they have to get on Ventrilo, and talk to us.
there’s also a requirement for activity of the player in question, but if the need arises, i will note it.
nothing else, if it’s your sister, fine, cousin, friend, GF, whatever works.
